Had perfect 10/10 stay for 1-2 nights. The room we booked was practical and huge with all the facilities. The hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location close enough to the airport at 5:00 for an early flight and airport and Reykjavik. Furthermore, very close to the blue lagoon.

The location met my needs, it was peaceful close to volcano. What's more, it was short walk to even a shop and the airport and wing restaurant...

The rooms were well-equipped and practical with private bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to Vogar by public transportation, the airport and Blue Lagoon and Keflavik and the Blue Lagoon.

A Hidden Gem in a Charming Village

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel near the Keflavik airport, nestled in a quiet village. The hotel had a cozy American motel setup, with all the rooms on the ground floor and convenient parking right in front. My room was equipped with two separate beds, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Hotel Vogar is 15 min drive to airport in a very small town with only restaurant. It is an alternative to staying in Keflavik --much quieter and almost as close to airport. It had small rooms, motel-style, but clean and with great black-out drapes for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good with more variety than more expensive hotels we stayed at in Iceland. About ten minutes to Blue Lagoon.Is expensive by North American standards, but seems to be the norm in Iceland.

Very convenient location when arriving into Keflavik Airport.

The hotel was right by the delightful restaurant accross the road, the airport and the quiet city and the Viking museum thanks to its quiet and convenient location. The rooms were well decorated as for me. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was luxurious.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the included breakfast. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the basic amenities in the room were more than satisfactory. The location of the hotel, next to the ocean, added a pleasant touch to my stay.

Truly enjoyed Vogar, the hotel was lovely small close to the Blue lagoon. The staff were incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating all the time. The property was in a magnificent location so close to the local sports complex, the airport and wing restaurant across the street and Reykjavik. We had a relaxing time.
